Where do you like to do your clipping? Inside under controlled lighting or outside -- is sunny or cloudy better? I recently moved the blocking chute into the barn due to rain and windy conditions but I find it hard to clip with the shadows created by the lack of really good light. What do you prefer?

i like to clip when there is little to no shadows at all so clipping in the middle of the day in the sun is kinda a pain. most of the time you end up squinting more to try to see what is in the shade and what isn't. overcast would be good if it isn't too dark but overall i like clipping inside more. we have four sets of two flood lights in every corner of our "clipping" room so there are little to no shadows. however it gets warm in the summer but it can help take off the edge in the winter
