We are waiting on pictures from Ag Youth magazine,but would like to congratulate Morgan Martin on showing the Reserve Champion crossbred prospect steer at the Heart of Oklahoma jackpot show this past weekend.He couldn't get around those powerhouse Bonham steers,but Steve told the young lady that her calf should look really good for Tulsa.....Calf is a Dirty Harry out of a Northern Improvement/Core bred Maine first calf heifer... Bred and raised and sold by the Lyons sisters of TMJ show cattle. Congratulations to my step daughters are in order also,for their hardwork and perserverance....DAD

Thanks alot for the flowers to my stepdaughters. They also sold a great little steer to Mark Copus that he sent to one of his best customers in California. They sold a little commercial heifer to a rancher in Fort Scott ks. They have a really nice spring born purebred shorthorn bull consigned to the Iowa Royal Shorthorn sale at the IBxpo in Feb.And last but not least they have raised a great [according to everyone that has seen her] Maximus daughter out of their Heatseeker/Meyers Blactop cow. She will be shown and put into their herd....John&Mom [Carrie]
