Cool Calf Coolers

I'm having some cooler problems in side, there are several panels accumulating water and starting to fall down. I can't find any holes out side or on top. We have built a ten roof over it, when it rains it drain's very well. I had to drill some small holes so the roof would not fully collapse. any suggestion it would be great

it is working  water is just coming out of ceiling

What did the Cool Calf people say?  If you haven't called them yet, I'd do that first.

The water is more than likely coming from condensation from the unit on top of your room. We had a custom pan built so that it would not run down into the ceiling panels. This is very common.
