One of our donor cows (5 years old) has problems with corns between her back hooves. She developed them when she was younger and just recently while getting her hooves trimmed the guy nicked one and it got infected. That was over a month ago and we have been through several rounds of antibiotics and anti-inflamatory meds. She is some better, there is no sign of infection, but still walking gingerly. Has anyone dealt with this and what did you do??
