i am looking for some custom feed rations. we show heifers and a couple steers. so i was wondering if any one had a good feed ration. we have purina, sunglo, moormans, and we grow corn, corn silage, alflafa hay( which we can grind) oats, and milo and a feed mill. so what are some good heifer , and steer rations.

Every year I make sure to visit with the beef nutritionist at the feed mill. It can help keep cost in check and your goals reached all at the same time. Plus it's a free service!

Maine12- that's the best advice. See if the local feed dealer has a good ration.
Dan or "AAOK" on the board also has some really good rations. You might contact him & ask him to share his advice w/ you. I know he likes to discuss them first w/ you before making any recommendations.
