daily Regiment

I need to get some ideas for a new set of calves on daily routines.  These are first time owners and I want to get them set up as best possible.  Give me your daily care regiments please.

Bring into barn 8:00 am
Tie up
blow them while they are eating
About 1 pm I wash them
Blow them
feed them hay
At 5 pm I feed them
Turn them out

That's pretty much what I do with them in the late fall/winter. I also walk them for about 15-20 minutes to get them used to it.
