  I've got a real good friend who works for Dr Mimms in the ET center who will be there, that's as close as I'll get. I'll be in Clemson,SC for the Blue Ridge Classic the same day.

I have already contacted a couple owners of theanimals to try and get some more information.  It seems like there are a lot of cows that could be carriers bred to carrier bulls.  This scares me as I would hate to pay $3,000 for a bred cow and get her home and have a crippled TH calf in a couple months.  Some lots do have their defect results listed but i have called about others and they have been bred to carriers in the past and had no problems so they just keep breeding them to carriers.  The luck might run out eventually and I would be crushed if I spent that much money and lost the first calf.  I will be watching with a bidders number from Virginia by Liveauctions.tv in hopes to make a purchase of a bred cow or two.

I will be there and usually handle bids for Mimms and Reiter so if anyone needs any help I wold love to.  Will be there saturday morning early to go through the cattle and there through the end of the sale.  Let me know if I can help anyone.
