Is the dams side of the double leader related to the Close cattle? Kaper  or some of the cool new Canadian blood would look good on her type-so would fairly clean Improver like Guiness (great cowmaker) but the Double Leader may have her positive for DS-He was the first wound up KABA deal (early 90s) before Rose and the whole Solution deal became part of the Dunlap Era.He was also one of the easiest calving bulls (for the most part) of his era, and an early club calf sire who helped create the one time dominence of shorthorns in the junior and club deal.
