My brother is looking for an easy calving bull to use on a half blood Charolais heifer. He would like something along the lines of a show bull. I'm not real knowledgeable with the show calf industry and don't have a good answer for him. Any help would be appreciated.

Here are some of the "hot" heifer bulls right now.
I-80, I-67, Jesse James, Ali's Solution (Lautner's).
Comfort Zone, Breathe Easy, Carpe Diem (sometimes), Direct Whiskey (Trausch's).
Friskey Whiskey (Rodgers').
No Worries (Executive Sires).
Rumor Mill (Owner is on here).

Anything out there that would be smokey that could be used for a heifer bull?

I am not a charolais breeder, but saw Landslide that were nice and RC Denver. Both have EPD's for calving ease. Lots of CHar breeders on here they should chime in.

Best looking charolais bull I saw in Denver a cpl weeks ago was sired by LT Bluegrass. He's definitely a heifer bull.

I will second X Bar.  We have used LT Bluegrass on our Galloway X Angus heifers with good results.

The first thing to do is make sure this heufer is recorded with the AICA so she can be shown at breed association shows.
Blurgrass is a tried and proven claving ease bull.  A good choice for heifers.
Some calving ease heifer bulls that have put out some calves that hve won some show are Cederdale Tyrant and Dr Revalation.  TryRant is easier calving and more maternal. Revalation has more muscle.
Bluegrass sone that are easy to get include LT Ledger a great bull that put out high quality calves. BiG Ben from ABs is very easy calving and has decent growth numbers.
Remember a smoke bull will no breed true.  If you use a smoke bull on her you will get a mix of colors.
To get more specific what need improving on this heifer?
