After running across Dan’s post about the new $ values that the Shorthorn Association is using, I thought I would post some pictures of one of our bulls mentioned. This is Coalpit Creek Leader 6th. We call him “Easy” due to his fleshing ability as well as calving ease. He also has a very gentle nature that he sure seems to pass along. We purchased this bull from Dennis Hoffrogge in MN as a yearling. I will post a few pictures of his offspring to date. All of his calves so far have been unassisted and most unobserved. These pictures show his progression into maturity.
