Okay I have a question on Electricty...... Which cost more amps or volts? I am looking at an a/c unit that pulls 7.1amps and 115 volts and naother that pulls 5.6 amps and 230 volts
Volts don't cost anything! Amps are the measure of flow required to maintain your A/C unit, therefor you pay for amps, which are translated into watts. Useally the higher the voltage input the more efficient, or less amps required.

Electric bills are figured by kilo watts. Watts = volts X amps, so then you can figure out which unit is going to pull more juice, assuming that they are both the same size as far as BTUs are concerned.
