is there a website or anything out there that I can put in the epd's of the dam and the sire and see what the epds of the calf out of them will be?

With the Simmental association you can login to your account then go to planned mating.

Just average them (add and divide by two).

The average divide by two doesn't quite work. If there is a sire with a lot more data than another in a pedigree, bigger data will overrule. Getting into contemporary groups and things of that nature. I certainly don't understand it all but am trying.
