Error question, Red, Austin, Cowz ???

Hey ya'll,  I'm getting "500 Error" several times when I try to post and when I logged in.  Don't think I did anything differently.

Deep- I got it this morning too. I just refreshed the page or did it again. Must be some kind of computer glitch! ))
