I owned the eskimo leggs bull and I can tell you some about him. He was born to a Diamond Legs/Gizmo/Dazzler Cow. I raised 4 generations of his blood and had him collected because of his predictablity for calving ease, style and the maternal strenth behind him. I have used alot of the top bulls for years and have had varying results. Right now I have 4 of his daughters in my herd and have just bred a Naughty Pine daughter and a Who made Who daughter to him for their first calves. He works nice on Heat Wave, Angus and Simmy females. We have raised steers from him that feed great and many have got in the 1400 lb range with a smooth make up. He will put some straight legs on them but they move out well. Cows are of Medium to smaller side, I had problems for years finding a calving ease shorthorn bull and that is the main reason I have him in the tank.
