Has anyone ever heard of giving a steer a revolor heifer implant 45 to 60 days out of your show then 8 or 9 days before giving them a revolor steer implant? Heard of a person doing it and was wondering if it really would help. Thanks for any replies!

I've heard of several people who give Revelor G about 45-60 days out.

I assume that the Revelor heifer implant is Revelor H.  I haven't heard of anyone doing that, but my guess is that it is done to keep a steer from getting too "staggy"... Especially since the 1st dosage is for heifers & the re-implant at 8-9 days out wouldn't have time to make them "staggy".  But, I am just guessing & I have no clue how it would actually work.  Hopefully someone with more knowledge than I, can help you out.

Never used anything but G (and nowadays S) within that 45-60 day window.  We hit them again at 60 days if we have to hang onto a calf longer.  Never used the heifer doses.
