My wife was in Tuscaloosa today on a business trip when the tornado ripped through the mall.  She was in a storm shelter and is ok, but was unable to make it back to her hotel as that area had been severely damaged.  Her rental car is also toast.  Prayers for everyone in that area.

Here is the video if it hitting the mall.  Thank God she wasn't at her hotel.

Glad to hear she is ok , Jason. I'm actually in Indianapolis for the week, but of course staying in touch with my wife. She said it has been rough at the house , but with more flooding than tornado's. She said we did lose one tree from the winds , though. There has been a couple of guys up here with me from Memphis & Arkansas & getting updates from their family every few minutes & it has been rough. We actually had damage here in Indy last night from the storms.
My thoughts & prayers are with everyone that has been hit. It was 1 year ago this weekend that the big flood hit Nashville, so I know how it is.

We're in South AL and dodged a bullet though our neighbors in North AL did not.  Here's an AL update from about 1 hour ago

WSFA-TV
Governor's office now reporting state death toll up to 204

Many still missing and unaccounted for...# expected to rise.  :(

we lost a fence and some trees to a small twister but no stock or human life.  Got up with some friends just north of Cullman, AL and they lost their working barn that houses all of their facilities, their hydraulic chute was 3 miles away in the crow of a red oak, again no livestock or people were lost there
