I feel the need to brag a little (a lot) about my ex 4H heifer Julie.  We had a very successful run in 4H last show 11 years ago...  She then made a come back for Agribition 2007 at 8 unfortunately it wasn't up to her glory days. Since her days as a show heifer she has been featured in many a cattlemen ad, daughters and sons as sale features, yet she maintains her beloved pet status.  Julie is 14 years old and has a fantastic bull calf by Glenford Captain 39X.  This year Julie is bred to Herbourne B Manitoba Gus 13Z and I just put in a Mandalong Super Flag embryo as well...

Unfortunately I lost her... Here is a picture of her at 5 years of age.  Alta Cedar has her full sister and she is doing a fantastic job for them.

She looks great to be 14-Id keep her as long as she could throw a calf-YOU DONT get longevity like that every day-and id be keeping a daughter or 2. O0
