Femininity and Shag for Heifers

Do  these products do the samething?  We need to hold a 6 month bred heifer for Fort Worth,  She is an extremely easy keeper and when she gets heavy she has some trouble getting around the ring.  She is been a successful heifer but if we can get her through Fort Worth and San Antonio a calf at side by Houston would take care of the condition problem.  Please give advice.
