Got some pictures of them filling the hay bags.

Red - How is the tonnage compared with a "normal" year . Ours is down about half but we had a late frost that really hammered the alfalfa.

haven't gotten any figures but this is our 2nd cutting. looks good in field so far. The insects have been OK so far too.

Hubby said 2nd cutting much better than first. First cutting was a little thin.
We've sprayed twice for insects so far. We have about 450 acres of hay plus the custom work.
