Again, thank you for ALL the responses to my questions about breeding choices for our two Dirty Harry heifers.  I have one, final May heifer that I am going to ask the same question: What bull and/or bulls would be wise choices to breed this FJH Power Plus 502M ( PHAF and THF ) ( Legacy Plus x Reflector ) x Hotline heifer to?  This is an October of 2009 picture of she.  If I had to change her, I would square up her rump, add bone and hair.  Purebred Maine-Anjou choices, clubby choices, and other breed choices are welcomed.  The second picture is of her Hotline dam; the third picture is of Power Plus, her sire.

Thank you again for your assistance; I really have appreciated all the suggestions.

We have had good luck with Rocky Balboa on this type of female for making Mainetainers.

Would Dr. Who be a wise choice; I was considering using him with this heifer.

She looks plenty straight on the rear wheels, so don't know if Doctor Who might make her calves too straight?  Just a thought.  How about Northern Improvement or one of his easy calving sons for first time around?

Definately would not breed to DOCTOR WHO he is inconsistant in his bwts, and should make sure the bull is clean as POWER PLUS is phaC,I would go GIGOLO JOE.Had an ex market heifer have an awesome bull calf this year,no problems and she was in real good flesh.

The sire, FJH Power Plus 502M, is PHAF.
