fitting Brangus heifers

Ok guys I need some help, I have two brangus heifers in my 4H club that will be showing at our Co. Livestock show and OYE how do yoi cliP them prioe to the show and what do you do to fit them the day of show, I'm a Maine gal so this is new ballgame to me! Thank you for help!!
