Flys!

Horse flys, fly flys, some kind of flies I have never seen before. You name it, we have it. Especially horse flies. They are killing me! Not to mention these calves. I have tried a variety of sprays for them and the barn. My dad is going to try some pour on that we use on the dairy cows. Does anyone know any other remedies or home made prevention we can try. It would be great if it could double for horses too

I will agree with The Show. In my opinion Pyranha is the best fly spray on the market. If the fly system is too expensive, pyranha also makes a wipe and spray in a bottle that works really good, just spray the cattle daily with it. We have also just bought the 55 gallon concentrate and mixed it in a bug sprayer and sprayed the barns down with it.

We have this and I spray with Permetheryn concentrate too.. Works wonders.

Try some atroban, not to expensive either.
