This is National Breast Cancer Month. Please take time for self examination & a mammogram. Don't let them tell you that you are too young. I was diagnosed at 37 & am now 13 years clean.

Talk to your doctor or go to a web site like www.breastcancer.org/  or http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/types/breast knowledge is power! If caught early as mine was you can be a survivor too.

also remember guys that you to can develop breast cancer too. Wouldn't hurt to just check yourself monthly too.

My next door neighbor & good friend of the family is 44 & she had to have both breasts removed last month. She's now going thru chemo & radiation.

Juli (common sense) said that she & her sister give each other a mamogram as Christmas presents. I can't think of a better & more loving gift.
