Not many animals tested for defects, except a few (your bull is. THANKS)... is sale management looking to make it mandatory if both parents not tested?

i do believe that the AAA requires defect testing if sire and dam are not declared 'clean' in order to be registered from now on. someone with greater knowledge, please help and clarify if this is incorrect.
