We feed it with beet pulp. Full tank will give you the fill and the lower body depth, and the beet pulp will give you your spring of rib, and depth of rib..lethal combo. Full tank will do just fine on its own, but a little more depth never hurt anyone.

we used it much the same way with much the same results.  I like it.

It is a great product. We quit using the beet pulp altogether except for what is in the feed ration. It works and works well.
