One thing I'll say about them is, they were heavier at the crest of their neck, than they were at the hindquarters. If you'll read Kit Pharo's "Church Pew Analogy" on gender-correct phenotyping of Breeding Beef Cattle, you'll see that this is a GOOD thing. Bulls should look like Bulls, not steers or Barren heifers.
