My family is new to steer planet. I used to show steers when I was a kid in 4-H and now my daughter is getting ready to start showing. We are getting ready to purchase registered Black Herefords and I have run into a problem. We would like to be able to show our heifers at national shows but there is not any class for them. You would think that you would be able to show them in the hereford classes but you are unable to. I was wondering if anyone can help me get classes started for this breed at the national level and for shows around my home state of Wyoming. If anyone has any ideas please feel free to share them.
