Growing hair- Help!

Im trying to grow hair on my steer that is pretty much bald right now, he has a small pen that he spends the day in then goes out at night. I was wondering what do you suggest- putting a misting system in so he is being misted while eating, or would a fan work better? The pen is more like an outdoor stall, roof and such but it is not inside a barn, so therefor I am only able to hang one thing up.

So really, fan vs. mister, what do you prefer?

Fan and mister!!  You can buy really any kind if fan, then attach a Sullivan mister to it which is about $20.00.

Yes I would just use zip ties or wire to tie it on the fan.
