I'd like to know if a rice root brush is what will help my steer have better hair

If you use it regularly every day it is the best thing there is but it is a lot of work ....

Like Freddy stated it is work, once over the animal will not do It. To really get it to work, start on the right side of the animal use your left arm, start from the rear and work your way forward. Brush until you can not lift your arm anymore, now go to the left side and use your right arm. Once you can not lift your right arm go back to the right side and start over. You will notice a difference in a few weeks so do not get discouraged, it is a slow process but worth it.

Keep looking on steer planet and at the shows and you will learn every time new things to make your animal look better ....Most  show people are pretty good about trying to help someone that is willing to work and pay attention ...
