Hats off to the Line Family

Just heard a bit of good news for a change. The Illinois State Fair " Sale Of Champions" was last nite. The Grand Champion steer,owned by the Line family, brought $52,000. In a local TV station interview, AJ the boy who showed the steer, said that since a younger brother had been treated at OSF/ St. Francis hospital recently, the family was donating 10% of the sale proceeds to them. Hats off to the Line family and atta boy AJ.

That's awesome!  They're a great family and took three cool steers to the IL State Fair.  Happy that they came out on top this year!  The 10% donation is very fitting indeed.

Anybody know the breeding on their shorthorn steer. I thought he should have won the shorthorn jr show easily! Good job Line Family!
