Heatseeker X PB Herford

Thanking about breeding Heatseeker to a PB Herford cow,  what color will I get, and what do you thank about the cross.

I'm thinking you should get something along the lines of the dam.

Chances are you'll get some sort of a red baldie - it might be Hereford marked, it might not.  There's also a chance (statistically I'm thinking 25%) that the calf could be black, prob'ly a baldie.  Could possibly even be solid black or red, or at the other extreme even a paint - neither are likely, but it does happen.  Like hntwhitetail says, there's a good chance it'll be colored similiar to it's mother, but you just have to remember there are lots of different possibilities.

This would improve the Herford breed....if you could sneek it in mainstay genetics.
