If you had to use a heatwave son which one would you use and why

Monopoly. Just seems to be the most consistant one.

Monopoly or maybe Walks on Water if his calves prove to be any good.

Monopoly has seemed to be the most consistant, I think that the consistancy comes from the great mother.

Carnac sure seems to be working well.

I persoally use Heatwave, Monopoly, Carnac, Heatseeker and tried some Walks Alone.  I thought that I was using a Heatseeker son, My Turn, but I guess that fell through!! (lol)  Actully glad to know that he is bred like he is!

Monopoly would be my last choice, look at the semen sold vs. calves that have won, and i sure wouldn't call him consistent. I think several heatwave sons got overlooked, invincible, hollywood, polygraph. I think walks alone may be the heatwave killer.

How much semen has been sold on monopoly?

Monopoly worked well at my place, not a throwaway, Invincible is ok for making hfrs.,  Hollywood was inconsistant. same cows.  Carnac works well.  I have not used Headliner or Allaboard, so I cannot compare them.  But hats off to your Hazel cow. I have seen a few calves out of her. WOW! 

I think their are some great ones out there that are not promoted as heavy,BUT, I sell calves and it is a buyer driven market. I liked Joe Sullivans Reality Red bull.  have not tried him.

I saw a very nice hollywood heifer tonite out of a money talks cow.  She is a small framed cow.  Where i think hollywood works.  His calves seem to have a little  more frame than some of the other heat wave sons.
Monopoly needs to be used on the bigger framed stouter cows from what i have seen or the calves are not going to get big enough.  Where hollywood will work on the smaller framed cows.  Must be the draft pick angus versus angus mothers.
Seen some really good carnacs as well.
