Heifer Afraid of Sounds especially of water hose

We have a heifer that is very afraid of certain sounds and the most annoying is water hose.  The surge sound that a hose makes when you first put pressure on it and when the water is hitting the bucket puts this heifer into a fit.

The heifer is by herself.  Plus she is light footed.

Any suggestions?  We have a radio playing in the barn.

Have some pans or just make random noises and either tie her up or just have lose in a pen. Or if she dont really like the water sound keep doing it and make her just give in.

the best thing to do is to beat your own fear and brush her down and have someone else turn on the hose or make a loud noise tie her up tight and stay by her head and she cant hurt you trust me i had one the same way another good thing is to put her in the trim shoot and brush her she will eventually calm down
