yellow char cross (just one of our commercial cows that always throws a really nice calf) i think shes a char Limi angus cross not for sure tho lol but shes real fenimine ,deep just needs hair style and some what more bone, and hip
blaze face socked deep bodied good bone cow she looks like a simmental but again not for sure. just needs hair, hip, and style

registered angus cow that needs hair, hip, bone and style moves real nice

then my maintainer show heifer this year she just needs a good bull she'll throw a good calf anyway

yellow cow= mellow yellow? alias or a maine bull
socked cow= a maine or clubby bull maybe kadabra, who made who
reg angus= shorty bull/ maine sin city, sonny ,kadabra
maintainer= rocky balboa? or someother really low birth weight bull

suggestions appriacated
would like no carriers, and lower birth weights
sorry about no pics

thanks a bunch

I would say on your maintainer something that will throw some more bone would make her calf perfect, IMO.  How are the cows front ends? Frame?

Good Luck.

Couple of things ROPY

One if you do not know the genetics for sure on some of those cows it is worth TH and PH testing.
If you are trying for steers then you might consider a carrier bull.
What have you bred them too in the past that you liked. what bulls

Kadabara for us was good for females. His steers didn't have alot of power. We had plenty of hair it was alittle kinky but had bunch of hair.

Not saying right or wrong, but if you are shooting for heifers, why Johnny Walker Red and Jigsaw, why not go with something maternal, these 2 bulls are pedigree's more geared for steers IMO?

Jigsaw is a double carrier, Johnny Walker seems to produced steers more so. I am not a Simmi expert but, 3C Macho, Dream On, of course Meyer 734, Maximus would be good choices for females.
On the other cows there are more maternal bulls I would think you could use. Even Who Made Who, his females that are sound are very valuable. For us  and others I know, the Who females have been great. On the unknown pedigrees that you think are Maine  XXX I would not use a double carrier unless I tested my cows.

I'm 99% sure that Jigsaw is free on both ends.

And you are 100% correct, he is TH and PHA free out of Friction and a PB angus cow. Johnny Walker red is also Free of all defects and Out Hairy Bear(Lifeline x meyer x angus) and a Who made who cow.
