We had a calf born on Wednesday to a first calf heifer.  The delivery seemed to be fine, but that is the last of what is normal.  Mother has little or no milk (?) so we are bottle feeding the calf.  Need advice on any treatment/shots that we should give the calf since she got very little if any colostrum.

My vet recommends a big dose of baytril to any calves that are weak. 10cc under the skin. It's an expensive shot, but it works.

Unfortunately by the 24-hour mark the calve's gut begins to close and it becomes extremely difficult for the calf to absorb the antibodies in colostrum. The calf’s intestine becomes impermeable to large proteins. Studies have shown that at six hours after birth calves absorb about 66 % of the immunoglobulins in colostrum, but at 36 hours after birth calves were are able to absorb only about 7 % of immunoglobulins.

I think it's still worth getting some in it (replacement supplement).  Did you give any colostrum products at birth?  What kind of milk replacer are you feeding?

Have an old recipe for colostrum, not as good as the real stuff or the colstrux you can get at the feed store but, it used milk replacer, raw egg, kayro syrup, cod liver oil, and powdered sugar.
