Help With Bad Pic

I lost a beautiful Hereford cow this summer and I have only one respectable picture of her. The background needs help and the lighting is poor.
Can I get some names of some people who can help me improve the picture?

You might want to check with someone that does cattle sale catalogues they often have to remove backgrounds so the animals stand out.(like fence posts,trees old sheds etc.)They can sometimes keep the original cow photo but put her on a good background. The lighting can also sometimes be worked with but can pose problems depending on the photo.
