help with liquid measerments

I need to mix up some stuff but only have quart and gallon directions, and only a  4 pint jug. How many pints in a quart and gallon?

Also how many ounces in pint?

4 cups= 1 quart or 32 ounces
16 cups or 8 pints = 1 gallon
4 quarts = 1 gallon or 128 ounces
