Has anyone seen this bull or calves out of him? I am considering using him on my sons heifer she is out of a Durango son and we are wanting to get some good heifers out of her . What is your opinion of him?

We have used Cracker Jack on our Hereford cows and purchased some embryo calves out of him.  We have been pleased with the calves.  All have been plenty thick with enough bone.  They have some of the show ring "look", but aren't superstars in that area.

What I like best about CJ is that he has the pedigree to produce some really good females, with Wrangler 19D as his sire and the Interstate/20X influence on the bottom side.

Make sure you breed him to a really stout cow.

Sometimes they aren't stout enough in my opinion.

Here is a picture of the heifer it was taken back in January . We weighed her 2 weeks ago and she weighed 1050
