anyone seen this mating in action yet? buddy of mine flushed a meyer angus grandaughter to hired man. the cow throws thick, thick thick thick calves, no im not over exagerating, words cant describe the two heifers ive seen from this cow. one is a bleedin purple and the other was a heatseeker son, the bleedin purple is 1 year + due in feb. the HS son is a june calf and is gonna be a ground sow...

hes gonna flush the cow again in december and i was thinkin about gettin in on this. thanks

I havent been impressed with the hired man calves I have seen. They didnt seem to have a whole lot to them

whats the total (estimated, not exact) cost associated with a flush?

$850-$1100, if you house the cow at the flush facility has been our experience.

heres a (bad) pic of the bred heifer from the cow we are flushing, yes she looks hog fat, i felt her out on pasture tonight ( been on pasture since august) not a bit of fat, just extrmely thick
