Spring-O-Matic is the old standard in a manual operated table. You can set them up anywhere and only need electricity to run your grinder. I have one that I have had for over 20 years and it was an old used one when I bought it. It is as good today as it was when it was new.
There are some on the market that are hydraulic that take the labor out of turning one over, but your cost would probably be a significant difference.
