Well, the original Cowboys, the "Wyoming Cowboys" couldn't win but a couple of games all year, but they won the one they had to whopping the Colorado State Rams 44-0 in the Border War.  Wooo hooo.

I think Wyoming's problem was sheer lack of talent on the O and D lines.  Hard to drop back and pass with only 1.2 seconds to do it before contact.
