How do i put a picture on my profile page

I was wondering if any of you SP members could tell me how to put a picture on my profile page. I have new to this site and don't have a clue. THANKS for your help.

go to edit profile and then follow the diretions you should be able to use any pic on your comp.

I am having a blond moment  and i can't find the edit profile could you be little more descriptive

ok in blue near top of page it says home help search profile calender logout, click on profilr it will take you to your profile and then you should be able to click where your avatar should be and go through your pc files to download a pic

Just above the whole thread click on the blue "profile" link.  Then on the left side it says "forum profile information" click there and you can make changes to your profile pic.   (thumbsup)
