i have a really nice black cow tht got bred late and had a claf the beginning of july... it was a steer of course so i have no use to show hime. i was wondering when i can lutalyse her and try breeding her back to get her up to par with the rest of my herd? also i have a heifer that we arent sure is bred? she passed over twice and then acted like she was coming in and then did the same thing... just wanted to know how long she has to be along before we can preg check her. she got aied the 4th of june.

45 days post calving is our rule of thumb, it all depends on how well she cleaned up and her bcs
