How to post pics?

I'm new to all of this and I can't seem to figure out how to post a pic, CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME????????

When you are typing your post there is an additional options section below where you type.  If there is nothing there click on additional options and it will pop up.  Then use the attach part the same way that you would for an email.
