I want to brag a little also!!!!

Our daughter was at a 4-H show this past weekend and did awesome as well. She had her heifer (from our avator) and her steer. They show twice under two different judges and she was first in class with both calves both times.
The first day is a jackpot and she was reserve champion over all with heifer. There would of been 70+ heifers and steers.
Yesterday with her steer I have never seen a judge look at a animal soooooo much and not pick them but the champion and reserve went together very well and the reserve was also a Shorthorn X.
They judge showmanship all day and our daughter who is ten won showmanship which to me was better than her steer getting slapped. Dad(me) was in the back and let out a big WHEEEW when they went up and shook her hand.
We have never been more proud to be raising Shorthorns as I can not believe the kids and parents that were asking us about our calves after seeing Sadie's little show string!!

Way to go Sadie!!  I heard by the grapevine that Sadie had kicked some serious butt on the weekend. Your Kit Kat heifer got noticed bigtime at Agribition, and I am sure she is not done yet. I expect you will be adding a room on the house for the banners and trophies before the show season is over. Great Job!
