Ice Pick Steers?

Im gettin an ice pick steer and was just kinda wondering how those turned out never seen an ice pick steer before just osme hefiers.  Anyone have nay opinions on him and his calves.

my experiences have been different I actually really like all of our ice pick cattle when we had them. Really good complete cattle and never over a middle weight steer in houston. Just make sure the cow has plenty of guts and isnt monstrous but definately dont need to be out of a pud, in our experiences

They make ok steers…ours was out of a angus and was fine frame wise. until we put him on was when he got a lot more framepaylne

sorry, but the steer didn't get bigger until we got him on paline(or however you spell it). Thats when he shot up! hope this helps. Good luck with your Ice Pick!!!
