I'm glad you agree on the quality of the Herefords at Denver. After walking through the Angus, Herfs, Charolais, Shorthorns, and Simmentals, I thought the Herefords were easily the deepest in quality. Of course, I might be a bit biased - we've raised Herefords for a long time - but I'm glad to hear your unbaised opinion is in agreement with mine. No need to scratch your head - Hereford breeders have worked very hard in the last decade to improve quality, and it is certainly being noticed by "cowboys" from other breeds.
