I just got a call from Gidget. She's at the ER w/ her daughter Dee. They think it's her appendix. Her hubby is at another hospital getting his gall bladder ultrasound. Please send them lots of prayers & good thoughts.
I'll try & keep updates when she calls me.

I just got on & saw the news.  I just said a prayer for them.  Hope that everything turns out OK!!

That is bad, but it is WAY better than it could have been, please tell her to get to feeling better!

Glad that she does not have a problem with her appendix but it's still not any fun having a bad stomach virus. There's nothing worse then having your kids sick! Hope she gets to feeling better soon!! (angel) (angel)

I hope that her child gets to feeling better, but I know what a bad gall bladder is like and it is no fun, but is so much nicer after it comes out.  I will make sure to keep them all in my prayers. (angel)

thank you everyone...I sure do appreciate all your thoughts.  It was about 6 hours in an ER, an IV, Cat Scans, and lots of worrying.  Not sure how hubby's ultra sound went, I know his liver enzymes were up and that is a sign of gall bladder problems.  I'm ready for 2008 to just be over and my family and friends to get healthy!
