Who were the winners and how did the sale go?
I think the sale was better overall then last, yes they didnt have alot of high selling calves but the quality was down compared to last, and the shorthorn quaility was up quite a bit.... But the lower end calves did sell better then last. I didnt watch the steers sell, as we were running VERY late. But we did get a heifer bought from Jeff Bryant. They started the sale late due to the heifer show be so large. This expo was the largest it had been in quite some time. JMODavis Shorthorns said:It was pretty sad. The sale averaged probably in the 1000 ish neighborhood.

Dear Live Auctions Viewer,
Saturday, we encountered two technical issues:
1) A “Broken Camera” at the Wish List Sale.
2) A “Microsoft Vista computer that would lock up when we tried to edit the sound settings” at the Kansas Beef Expo.
First of all, I am sincerely sorry.
We are constantly talking about trying to make sure things like this do not happen again.
We have talked about it and come to the conclusion to webcast music at least two hours prior to the sale.
This will encourage everyone to set-up early and allow us to find these Issues.
Despite these issues, we still were able to sell a few lots at each sale. Thanks Bidders.
If you have any suggestions, please contact me directly.
