Killer instinct. Has anyone used him.

Has anyone used Killer Instinct? I have always thought he was a cool looking bull and am thinking about using him on a half shorthorn cow. I have attached a picture of the cow.

The only problem is he is a PHA Carrier. I am not sure on the cows PHA status.

I would not breed your cow to him unless she tests clean for both PHA and TH.

Local guy here had a PHA calf out of him.

How is the cow bred we might be able to help. By the way nice pair. Have seen some really nice KI calves.

He is a double carrier.  It would be a good idea to checkout her pedigree or get her tested.  Might be best to just not use him.  I bought to straws before they got his results.  Don't know when I will use them.  Might just try and put them in a commercial cow with no maine or shorthorn to get rid of the straws.  Good luck

There are 4 T John's. SOme go back to improver. I would definitely get her TH and PH tested. Nice calf at her side now. What is the calf out of? I am assuming you are shooting for a club calf mating.

after seeing the vegas lines, hannibal might be interesting cross on this female. she has the body and looks deep enough for Hannibal.

I agree with romax you would probably get a nice calf with Sin City but I also think that you would get a good calve with hannible. Both nice bulls but it's your choice. Just my two cents, good luck!
